Posted December 29, 2021. My guess is it’ll shoot just fine without the slide lightening. Once the weight limit was increased the Shadow 2 OR became available (and allowed) that does not have any slide lightening cuts and it shoots pretty good as is. My guess is the slide lightening cuts alone take off 2-3 oz.

The way they mill the plate system it is almost as deep as the milled into the slide dots. CZC uses locating posts so you don't have to worry about the screws sheering. The TSO slide diameter is constant as you get closer to the frame and requires a plate. Unless another solution has been thought up, I believe the TSO will require a plate to mount an SRO. Interestingly the TS2 models have the triangle shaped slide similar to the shadow 2, so they may be capable of direct mount.We have a large batch of S2 and P10 C/f slides we will be direct milling. We also have a ton of factory optic ready p-10 C slides that will be available with our slide milling and cerakote.
