We paper filed 2019 1040-x and an amended K-1 that flowed to it on 12/10/20. Got IRS letter 916C in early August 2021, although it was dated 7/13/21. The letter said IRS didn't have our amended K-1 and to send in a copy of it which we did. But nothing has happened and WMAR says "received 12/28/20; adjusted 7/16/21; completed 8/6/21."
