Regarding your edit: I think Crossblooded is a waste on a Lich. You get very good damage spells as a Lich that aren't subject to SR, a save, or any immunity. Crossblooded is for elemental damage users. As Lich you're better off taking something with the Arcane bloodline and abusing the earlier access to high DC spells.
