Hello. Currently I have 100/100 Service and I would like to upgrade to a faster service. Any faster service requires ethernet instead of Coax. Issue is my Verizon ONT (White box from Verizon that fiber comes in) is in different floor and the modem/router is in a different floor.After a while, the "Fail" light on the ONT also came on and I lost cable, internet, and phone service. I called in a service request and the service person just left. I'm back in service. Correct. It was a bad fiber line going into my ONT. After the 1st attempt to fix, I got all my services back, but still had the red "VID" light on.I called Verizon yesterday and upgraded to the 1 GBs plan.
